To unzip them you need a software compression utility.
The unzipping utilities for different operating systems can

PMM 7000 SOFTWARE UPDATE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

A) Always keep a safety copy of the PMM 7000 original diskette

B) De-compress the file 7000.ZIP, downloaded from the PMM Web site,
     in a temporary directory of your hard disk.

C) Select and copy all the extracted files on a new diskette.

D) Mark the diskette with the new software version and date.

E) Install the new software version running setup from the diskette.
